Director, Analyst Relations

What you will do

• Build and execute a tiered outbound analyst relations program across top-tier, second-tier, and third-tier analyst firms.
• Develop relationships with industry analysts and communicate hirify.global’s technology, capabilities, competitive differentiation, and product developments.
• Manage analyst references, reprints, sponsored whitepapers, surveys, speaking engagements, and webcasts.
• Own the analyst evaluation calendar and strategy for Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes, and equivalent reports.
• Prepare executive presentations, briefings, talking points, submissions, demonstrations, and fact-check responses.
• Manage the AR budget, subscriptions, inquiry and advisory seats, contract renewals, and insights shared across the company.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of communications experience in high technology.
• At least 5 years of analyst relations experience at technology companies.
• Experience representing high-technology companies to analyst communities in competitive environments.
• Ability to influence and build consensus with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to extract, synthesize, and communicate information from multiple sources.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
