Senior Taxation Specialist (Real Estate)

Location: On-site in Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and file federal, state, and local tax returns accurately and on time.
• Research tax laws and assess their impact on the organization and real estate activities.
• Support tax planning strategies designed to minimize liabilities and improve financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on tax accounting and reporting.
• Respond to tax authority inquiries, support tax audits, and maintain complete tax documentation.
• Guide junior tax staff and support the Senior Taxation Manager on tax projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in tax accounting or tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, accounting principles, and real estate taxation.
• Excellent analytical, research, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent certification.
