What you will do

• Support the Manufacturing HR Business Partner with employee engagement and retention analytics.
• Analyze historical engagement and retention metrics across departments.
• Map employee lifecycle touchpoints that influence retention and recommend targeted interventions.
• Participate in workshops and focus groups to gather qualitative employee insights.
• Provide actionable findings to business leaders and create visual dashboards for decision-making.
• Contribute to strategies that strengthen employee satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Good academic standing and an inquisitive, proactive learning attitude.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Available for a 16–24 week credit-bearing internship commencing January 2027.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, academic projects, or competitions.
• Project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
