Child and Adolescent Therapist (NJ License)

Location: Remote; New Jersey independent licensure required. Fully remote, with optional onsite hybrid work if desired.

Salary: $85–$95 USD per hour

What you will do

• Deliver individual telehealth therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Use evidence-based practices tailored to developmental stages and individual patient needs.
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients and families, provide education, and support treatment engagement.
• Monitor progress against care goals and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families on coordinated, whole-child treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough patient records and participate in weekly clinical consultations.

Requirements

• Independent New Jersey licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD.
• At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in telehealth or a virtual setting.
• Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection.
• Commit to at least 8 hours per week during core hours: after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekends.
• Comfort with Google Suite, electronic medical records, and other virtual platforms.
