What you will do
- Define value hypotheses, success metrics, and KPIs for MADTech initiatives in partnership with product, finance, and analytics teams.
- Track expected versus realized portfolio value, identify underperforming initiatives and value leakage, and recommend corrective actions.
- Build portfolio performance dashboards and executive-ready reporting for portfolio reviews, steering committees, management committees, and quarterly business reviews.
- Provide data-driven inputs for prioritization, stage-gates, stop/continue decisions, and portfolio-level OKRs.
- Design measurement frameworks, data requirements, quality standards, and portfolio tracking pipelines with analytics and data science partners.
- Facilitate performance reviews, align cross-functional stakeholders, and support adoption of new frameworks and portfolio management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, management, statistics, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in portfolio or program performance management, strategy execution, analytics, finance, or transformation roles.
- Experience defining KPIs, building performance dashboards, and creating executive-ready value narratives from complex data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation and basic financial modeling covering revenue, margin, payback, and NPV.
- High proficiency with productivity, collaboration, and portfolio or program management tools such as Google Workspace and Smartsheet or equivalent.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, simplify complex information, and support evidence-based decisions.
