Equipment Maintenance Technician (Mechanical, Pneumatic & Electrical Systems)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; onsite five days per week

Salary: €46,603.45–€53,593.57 per year

What you will do

• Perform preventive and unplanned maintenance on process machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment issues.
• Develop and track preventive-maintenance schedules with Engineering.
• Perform machine upgrades, testing, and equipment improvement initiatives.
• Implement maintenance logs, standard procedures, best practices, and operator-led maintenance tasks with Engineering and Production.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Advanced hands-on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and factory equipment.
• Written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic mathematics and computer skills, including email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft tools.
• Attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a deadline-sensitive environment.
