Influencer Manager (Sports Nutrition)

What you will do

• Manage the UK influencer programme, including onboarding and maintaining relationships with athletes, fitness experts, nutritionists, and podcast hosts.
• Drive commercial performance and contribute to Myprotein’s growth in the UK market.
• Develop influencer recruitment strategies with the Senior Influencer Manager.
• Manage influencer relationships end to end, from outreach and contract negotiation to KPI setting and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with social, marketing, and product teams on campaign activations.
• Build UK agency relationships and mentor junior influencer team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in relationship management or marketing roles involving strong external communication.
• Understanding of influencer marketing, brand awareness, audience affinity, and commercial performance.
• Knowledge of current and emerging social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with experience running successful campaigns.
• Ability to negotiate contracts, set KPIs, and evaluate performance.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers and partners in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
