Teamlead Physical AI Data Operations - NEURAGym (Robotics)

hirify.global develops physical AI and cognitive robotics through NEURA Gym, a network of physical training centers where robots learn industrial skills from human operators.

What you will do

• Lead experienced data operators and interns working on robot skill and data collection activities.
• Run and continuously optimize daily NEURA Gym shop-floor processes, documentation, data quality, and project execution standards.
• Define and track KPIs to improve production efficiency, shift schedules, use-case design, and workplace design.
• Organize structured meetings to support knowledge sharing and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate hiring and interviews, evaluate candidates, and develop the operator skills strategy.
• Work with project stakeholders, leadership, robotics, AI, and customer teams to allocate talent to data collection campaigns and solve technical challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, mechatronics, robotics, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Experience managing teams in a production environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with technical topics without being directly involved in software development.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with C++ and Python.
• Experience with embedded computing, real-time operating systems, and networking stacks.
• Experience with robotics, AI, automation, or other emerging technologies.
