Salary: 21,000–25,000 PLN gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies

What you will do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility and generate organic leads.
- Conduct keyword research, prioritize growth opportunities, and guide content creators.
- Build and implement a high-quality backlink strategy.
- Oversee technical SEO health and optimize the website with content, product, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with the data team to refine reporting and generate actionable insights.
- Monitor SEO industry trends and identify AI optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and 1+ year of experience leading a team.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable organic traffic growth and contributing to business goals.
- Experience owning SEO projects from planning through execution and results.
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong reporting skills, including automated tracking and presentation of changes.
- Fluency in English and solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools.
