Delivery Management Associate (Healthcare AI)

Location: On-site in Stockholm, Sweden, primarily from the Stockholm HQ

hirify.global is a fast-scaling health-tech company building an AI assistant that generates clinical notes, certificates, and referrals while suggesting diagnosis and procedure codes.

What you will do

• Execute customer implementation projects against delivery plans, timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Coordinate Engineering, Medical Operations, and customer stakeholders to deliver project milestones.
• Support technical implementations, including integrations with electronic health record systems.
• Configure documentation templates and clinical workflows for different customer settings.
• Plan and coordinate user training, coach users through implementation, and support adoption ahead of go-live.
• Track progress, identify risks and delays, maintain customer communication, and improve delivery processes and playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting, project management, or a similar structured, client-facing role.
• Experience supporting implementation or transformation projects, ideally involving technology or digital tools.
• Strong ability to structure problems, track progress, and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working against timelines and deliverables in a changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with operational teams and senior decision-makers.
• Fluency in Swedish and strong communication skills in English.
