Focus on evaluating processability, building fast prototypes, proving concepts, and accelerating manufacturing technology commercialization.

What you will do

  • Support technical data collection for R&D products, including flexible coverlay and adhesive-related products.
  • Set up manufacturing process guidelines for R&D products.
  • Provide solutions for customer technical requirements and identify customer needs and critical-to-quality terms.
  • Develop expertise in FPCB and PCB manufacturing, electrical testing, and reliability testing through internal and external manufacturing sites.
  • Support new product development through processability evaluation window tests, fast prototyping, and concept proof.
  • Support manufacturing technology development to accelerate product commercialization and improve or create applications.

Requirements

  • Experience or interest in advanced electronics materials and laminate-related products.
  • Ability to support product development, manufacturing process evaluation, and technical problem-solving.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge of FPCB and PCB manufacturing and electrical and reliability testing processes.
  • Ability to work with internal and external manufacturing sites and address customer technical requirements.
