What you will do

• Develop trading strategies in a computationally intensive environment at the intersection of trading, quantitative research, and technology.
• Create and detect signals and perform quantitative strategy analysis.
• Develop low-latency strategies in C++.
• Work alongside senior developers on complex trading strategy design and implementation.
• Complete a multiweek education program before joining a trading team aligned with your interests and background.

Requirements

• Graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a closely related STEM discipline.
• Intent to graduate and begin full-time employment in August 2027.
• Strong software development skills in Python and a compiled language.
• Experience working with data using Pandas, Polars, or NumPy.
• Exceptional quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
