What you will do
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps across Service Assurance, Stability, and Reliability Engineering.
- Align operational strategy with enterprise goals, regulatory requirements, and metrics including MTTR, CFR, SLOs, and automation coverage.
- Lead a portfolio of transformation programs focused on service reliability, change resilience, incident readiness, chaos engineering, observability, and problem resolution.
- Establish operational reviews, error budget burn-downs, and cross-functional playbooks for proactive issue mitigation.
- Drive adoption of reliability frameworks, operating models, and change management processes across Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, and Business Operations.
- Provide integrated performance insights and executive, regulator, and board-level reporting on operational performance.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, or technology transformation, ideally in high-scale, regulated environments.
- At least 3 years of leadership or strategic advisory experience in SRE, service management, or technology operations.
- Experience delivering cross-functional programs that reduce incident impact, improve operational maturity, and align technology operations with business goals.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL, SRE, operational resilience, and incident, problem, and change management lifecycles.
- Expertise in telemetry, automation, reliability engineering, operational tooling, executive communication, and program steering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
