What you will do
- Own an integrated portfolio view of Site Reliability Engineering initiatives, including milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, decisions, capacity, and delivery status.
- Lead planning across Platform Engineering, Application Engineering, Product, Security, and Finance.
- Establish intake governance and readiness checks for work dependent on SRE involvement.
- Coordinate infrastructure and Kubernetes upgrades, production migrations, disaster recovery exercises, production readiness, security and compliance initiatives, automation, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
- Facilitate prioritization, capacity, risk, dependency, and escalation discussions across teams.
- Prepare executive reporting and partner with SRE leadership to measure reliability and operational excellence outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing technical projects, programs, or portfolios in software, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or a related environment.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery and operational adoption.
- Understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, CI/CD, observability, incident management, change management, and reliability practices.
- Experience coordinating engineering teams with shared dependencies, constrained capacity, and competing priorities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, roadmap, and portfolio management platforms.
- Strong risk management, communication, organizational, facilitation, and technical fluency skills.
