Product Designer II (Fintech)

Location: Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of product features across B2B and B2C products, from problem framing through delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to balance user, business, and technical needs.
• Manage feature priorities, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and independent delivery.
• Create polished user experiences, high-fidelity prototypes, UX content, and production-ready design specifications.
• Evaluate customer problems and design solutions, using insights to identify gaps and guide iterations.
• Contribute reusable components and purposeful motion design to the design system while supporting junior designers and design-practice improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience designing digital products launched to market, with demonstrated user-experience and business impact.
• Experience in fintech, travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or another fast-paced product environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, customer insights, polished execution, iteration, and measurable impact across web and mobile experiences.
• Experience independently leading feature-level initiatives using UX research, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, and excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and mentoring skills.
