is a fintech company building multi-currency digital wallet and payment products for consumers and businesses across Asia Pacific.
What you will do
- Own the design and improvement of features across B2B and B2C products.
- Create user flows, journey maps, concepts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and screen designs.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout product development.
- Translate user insights and feedback into intuitive, practical product solutions.
- Improve usability, functionality, visual quality, and overall user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience designing products launched to market, with demonstrated user and business impact.
- Experience with product design for web and mobile applications, including UX research, prototyping, responsive design, and platform best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools for wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Experience applying design systems, reusable components, patterns, and guidelines consistently.
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, user-centered thinking, and high-quality web and mobile app case studies.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or another fast-paced digital product environment.
- Understanding of financial products, compliance requirements, and regulatory constraints.
