Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid

What you will do

• Lead strategic product initiatives across B2B and B2C products from discovery through delivery.
• Own complex product features and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers from problem framing to launch.
• Design user experiences using systems thinking, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, information architecture, and UX writing.
• Audit and evolve the design system, including components, documentation, workflows, governance, and adoption.
• Use product metrics, experimentation, and customer feedback to validate and improve solutions.
• Mentor product designers through critiques, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping successful digital products.
• Experience leading end-to-end product initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic product thinking, interaction and visual design, design systems contributions, and measurable impact across web and mobile.
• Deep expertise in UX, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, and modern product design methodologies.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, including production-ready designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable workflows.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and designer mentoring skills.
