AI Enablement Lead (Applied AI): Building and standardizing internal AI tools, workflows, and adoption programs across engineering and business teams with an accent on AI experimentation, usage policies, and token cost efficiency. Focus on prototyping AI integrations, translating experiments into production-grade enablement, and driving cross-functional adoption without direct reporting lines.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; Workplace: Hybrid
Salary: €4,750–€6,700 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do
- Own the internal AI roadmap with Engineering Managers and business teams, prioritizing high-leverage workflow improvements.
- Prototype AI technologies and build a standardized internal AI toolset using low-code platforms, Python, and API integrations.
- Establish AI usage policies, cost visibility tools, and token-spending efficiency practices.
- Drive AI adoption through workshops, meetups, and cross-departmental enablement sessions.
- Maintain a single source of truth for AI knowledge and adapt relevant practices from other group brands.
- Work with the Director of Engineering, Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, and business stakeholders to connect AI initiatives with business outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape and core AI concepts.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional initiative leadership skills.
- Collaborative and accountable approach, with the ability to structure ambiguous, fast-paced work.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on prototyping experience with low-code platforms, Python, or direct API integrations.
- Experience leading company-wide digital transformation or technology enablement initiatives.
