Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand operational challenges and define success criteria.
• Translate open-ended problems into technical designs and implementations.
• Build AI agents that integrate with customer systems and perform real-world tasks.
• Own deployments, reliability, performance, continuous improvement, and production outcomes.
• Test solutions with real data, measure results, and iterate based on outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering while contributing to tools, documentation, and scalable delivery practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles.
• Strong software design and systems-thinking fundamentals.
• Experience working across systems, integrations, and data flows.
• Ability to work directly with customers and own ambiguous problems.
• Clear communication skills, curiosity, and a strong ownership mindset.
• Interest in building AI-powered systems that work reliably in practice.

Nice to have

• Experience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or other customer-facing roles.
• Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems.
• Experience operating and improving production systems.
