DevOps Engineer / Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS, CI/CD): Maintaining deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure for an enterprise SaaS platform with an accent on ticket resolution, automation, AWS monitoring, and configuration management. Focus on building reliable CI/CD workflows, automating server provisioning with Chef, and optimizing AWS resources across collaborative infrastructure projects.

What you will do
- Triage, investigate, and resolve DevOps tickets within defined SLAs.
- Identify recurring ticket patterns and automate solutions to reduce ticket volume.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable software delivery.
- Create runbooks, SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Automate server and application provisioning with Chef.
- Monitor and optimize AWS resources and application performance while supporting infrastructure projects, deployments, and peer reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Operations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, GitHub, or GitHub Actions.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, plus basic PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
- Solid AWS knowledge, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM, with foundational Azure exposure.
- Hands-on Chef experience and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
- Exposure to Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Alloy, or CloudWatch.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
