TL;DR
Program Manager, Family Impact Portfolio (Social Impact): Designing and scaling family-focused programs that strengthen connection through play and creativity, with an accent on human-centred design, partnerships, and evidence-based program improvement. Focus on adapting programs across regions, embedding impact measurement and learning, and expanding delivery while maintaining quality and relevance.
Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Lead the continued development and scaling of flagship family programs across markets and regions.
- Strengthen partner-led programs through methodology, content, resources, expertise, and platforms.
- Build relationships with implementation, technical, community, and evaluation partners.
- Partner with regional Social Responsibility teams on program activation, adaptation, and delivery.
- Embed evidence and learning into program design and support innovative concepts and emerging opportunities.
- Contribute to the strategy and priorities of the Family Impact Portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience delivering family, social impact, or early childhood programs from design through implementation.
- Experience applying human-centred design to participant-focused programs, content, tools, or resources.
- Experience building partnerships and leading stakeholder engagement across functions, partners, or regions.
- Experience using impact measurement, evaluation, and learning to improve program outcomes.
- Experience managing program development across global and regional environments while supporting local adaptation.
- Ability to work from the assigned Billund workplace under the hybrid policy, averaging 3 office days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience developing family engagement initiatives that increased participation and meaningful outcomes.
- Experience producing sustainability, impact, or program reporting.
- Experience with social responsibility, community initiatives, fundraising, grants, or nonprofit partnerships.
