Head Visual Merchandising (Fashion)

Location: Oxford Street, London, United Kingdom. Onsite role, 40 hours per week over 5 days from Monday to Sunday; full flexibility required.

What you will do

• Present products according to visual and commercial standards to maximize sales.
• Lead, coach, and collaborate with the visual merchandising team.
• Plan and execute store changes quickly and efficiently.
• Optimize selling space using profitability analysis tools and sales performance indicators.
• Adapt merchandising decisions to sales results, customer profiles, product potential, and competitor strategies.
• Coordinate replenishment, additional orders, product communication, and reporting to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Visual Merchandising Manager is essential.
• Experience leading a team in large-space, fast-paced, multi-line stores.
• Solid visual merchandising experience in a fashion environment.
• Results-driven, sales-oriented approach with strong product and commercial awareness.
• Strong communication, prioritization, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
