Product Manager (Portal) (AI)

What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s Portal and Growth Base.
• Analyze user behavior, needs, pain points, behavioral metrics, and UX research to improve key journeys.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to create intuitive interfaces, user flows, integrations, and APIs.
• Build self-service onboarding and product experiences that improve activation, adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Partner with marketing, customer success, and support to launch and optimize product features.
• Develop scalable experiences using AI, automation, and personalization, while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Experience building products for large consumer audiences or B2B products with a strong product-led growth strategy.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.
• Understanding of activation, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS and experience working with engineering teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
