Product Manager (Self-Service)

What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for the Self-Service Base and Portal experience.
• Use behavioral data, user research, and feedback to understand pain points and optimize key user journeys.
• Design self-service features that help users onboard independently, solve problems quickly, and gain value with minimal effort.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create simple interfaces, integrations, and user flows.
• Partner with marketing, customer success, and support to improve user satisfaction and product adoption.
• Build scalable experiences using AI, automation, and personalization, while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Experience building products for large consumer audiences or B2B products with a strong product-led growth strategy.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
• Understanding of activation, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, collaboration, and ownership skills.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS and experience working with engineering teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
