Client Services Intern (Working Student)

Location: EU working rights are required, either through EU citizenship or a study programme in Germany.

What you will do

• Support account teams in collaborative client partnerships and business objective delivery.
• Research client challenges and help prepare presentations and project approaches.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs.
• Assist with identifying organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Coordinate service delivery and multidisciplinary collaboration across studios, disciplines, and partners.
• Support process improvements across the evolving service offering.

Requirements

• EU citizenship or participation in a study programme in Germany is required to provide EU working rights.
• Strong interest in digital and online marketing communications.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate project or team impact.
• Interest in digital landscapes, customer experience, integrated campaigns, and stakeholder management.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
