Working Student (m/f/d) Marketing, Events & Communications (AI)

Location: Hamburg, Germany; modern office with flexible work hours and an option to work remotely.

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of global and regional events, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and open houses.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration management, shipping, travel arrangements, calendars, and project tracking.
• Prepare event materials, presentations, giveaways, signage, and booth assets.
• Create and update content for websites, email marketing, social media, presentations, brochures, intranet articles, newsletters, and announcements.
• Support media monitoring, PR activities, leadership presentations, and communication planning.
• Maintain marketing documentation, templates, digital assets, and marketing system content.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, Event Management, or a related program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interest in marketing, communications, events, and digital channels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about new technologies and eagerness to work with AI tools.
• Proactive, reliable, creative, eager to learn, and comfortable working in an international environment.
