IT Delivery Lead

Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.

Salary: negotiable base salary, starting from €2,700 gross, plus variable pay and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Shape engineering organization structures, ownership models, and operating models across multiple teams, products, or domains.
• Coach and develop Engineering Managers, senior technical leaders, and key engineering experts.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders on technical direction and roadmap feasibility.
• Improve delivery predictability, release reliability, production stability, and operational readiness across workstreams.
• Establish engineering expectations for CI/CD, automated testing, observability, code quality, security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility.
• Use engineering metrics to identify constraints, reduce technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience leading through clarity, accountability, and coaching.
• Ability to develop Engineering Managers and technical leaders.
• Technical depth and sound engineering judgment across CI/CD, test automation, observability, DevOps, and cloud engineering.
• Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, reliability, security, and long-term sustainability.
• Experience connecting engineering decisions with product outcomes and business value in complex enterprise environments.
• English is required; remote work is limited to Slovakia.
