What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain backend services, mobile applications, and web products across the full product suite.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create end-to-end user experiences.
- Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from early product development through production and continuous improvement.
- Help establish the engineering foundations and practices for future product and company growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional, hands-on experience building production-grade software.
- Experience developing modern web applications with React, TypeScript, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience designing and delivering complex end-to-end systems.
- Strong fundamentals in data modeling, REST or GraphQL APIs, algorithms, software design principles, and modern development practices.
- Strong system design skills, with the ability to balance simplicity, scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
- Ownership, strong communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and for the user experience.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI-assisted development and other engineering tools to improve productivity while maintaining quality, reliability, and maintainability.
