Crypto Business Operations Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the digital assets trading business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with exchanges, trading platforms, and external counterparties.
• Partner with accounting, operations, platform, developer, and infrastructure teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize performance.
• Research and evaluate new markets, then work with traders and developers to implement them.
• Track technical, product, pricing, and legal changes across marketplaces.
• Manage operational execution and address market-specific complexities in a fast-paced, real-time environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, financial operations, markets, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital assets and a solid understanding of trading and exchanges.
• Knowledge of trading systems, risk, hedging, forks, proof-of-work, proof-of-stake, and related digital asset concepts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to carry complex projects from concept to completion.
• Technical skills in Unix, Python, and SQL are a plus.
