Crypto Business Operations Manager

What you will do

• Manage business operations for the digital assets trading business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with exchanges, platforms, and other external counterparties.
• Partner with accounting, operations, platform, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize performance.
• Research and evaluate new markets for trading opportunities, then work with traders and developers to implement new markets.
• Track technical, product, pricing, and legal changes across marketplaces.
• Analyze market-specific characteristics and their impact on business operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, financial operations, markets, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of trading and exchanges.
• Knowledge of trading systems, risk, hedging, forks, proof-of-work versus proof-of-stake, and other trading and digital-assets features.
• Strong interest in digital assets.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to see complex projects through from concept to completion.

Nice to have

• Technical skills in Unix, Python, and SQL.
