Senior Officer, Health Partnerships, Global Corporate Partnerships (Global Health)

Location: Hybrid position open to candidates located in, and authorized to work in, the United States, United Kingdom, or Kenya. The role may require full- or part-time remote work. Travel for partnership meetings in the United States may be required twice per year, with potential international travel for conferences and meetings.

Salary: $95,000–$103,000 per year in the United States; £52,210–£61,999 per year in the United Kingdom. Compensation is based on work location, experience, skills, and other factors.

What you will do

• Manage and cultivate a $3M+ portfolio of corporate partners and new business prospects, primarily in global health and partially in financial services.
• Develop partnership strategies that generate diversified and flexible funding, in-kind support, and humanitarian impact.
• Research and qualify prospective corporate partners to build a robust new business pipeline and drive incremental revenue growth.
• Create account plans, proposals, concept notes, presentations, reports, and partner activation ideas.
• Coordinate with digital, creative, and experiential teams on health-related campaigns and virtual or in-person events.
• Establish client servicing plans, performance indicators, reporting procedures, and information flows between donors, prospects, program staff, and partnership colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of six years of relevant experience.
• Experience working within the global health sector and community.
• At least six years of partnership development or frontline corporate fundraising experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience engaging health companies, communities, influencers, and other partners in support of humanitarian efforts.
• Experience managing or soliciting partnerships valued at $500,000 or more annually.
• Strong project management, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects with global cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the financial services sector or broader corporate partnership experience.
• Availability to travel internationally for conferences and partnership meetings.
