Senior Technical Product Manager (Gaming)

Location: Santa Monica, United States

Salary: $94,580–$174,988 annual base pay in the U.S., plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution support for initiatives improving developer experience, productivity, tooling, build systems, test pipelines, and workflow stability.
• Analyze development pipeline data, user experience feedback, stability trends, operational metrics, and workflow adoption.
• Define KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting structures, and operating rhythms for complex technical initiatives.
• Optimize content creation workflows across maps, operators, weapons, environments, lighting, VFX, and related production pipelines.
• Develop roadmaps, gather requirements, track adoption, measure impact, and scale workflow standards across studios and disciplines.
• Align engineering, production, tools, QA, analytics, studio leadership, publishing, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Experience analyzing development pipeline data, user experience surveys, workflow adoption, stability trends, and operational metrics.
• Proficiency with SQL and technical data.
• Experience aligning multiple studios and teams around shared technologies, processes, tooling standards, reporting practices, and workflow improvements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to translate ambiguous technical and production challenges into product requirements, prioritization frameworks, measurable outcomes, and actionable recommendations.
