𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Esentai Tower
𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭: On-site, full-time | Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
• Maintain and optimize custody products and services across the Company’s operations;
• Research and analyze trends in financial markets and the securities industry;
• Conduct competitor and market analysis;
• Map customer journeys for internal and external clients and develop target-state ("dream") models;
• Define and develop product/service vision and enhancement roadmaps;
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders;
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency;
• Participate in product and service testing throughout all project stages;
• Monitor and improve key product performance metrics;
• Manage projects end-to-end: planning, task decomposition, execution control, risk management, status reporting, and delivery;
• Collaborate with internal teams on product optimization and project implementation initiatives;
• Coordinate external vendors and partners, including contract management and compliance monitoring.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭:
• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Law, IT, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in financial institutions, securities markets, or custody services;
• At least 2 years of project management experience;
• Strong knowledge of custody operations and securities market infrastructure;
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization;
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
• Additional project management education or certifications will be an advantage;
• English proficiency (written and spoken) is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
