TL;DR
Implementation Consultant (Application Security) (DevSecOps and Cloud): Designing and delivering customer implementations of application security solutions across software development lifecycles with an accent on DevOps integration, secure development, and customer adoption. Focus on translating technical requirements into implementation plans, integrating SAST, SCA, and DAST workflows, and solving complex delivery challenges for customers across China and Asia.

What you will do
- Design practical implementation approaches based on customer goals, technical environments, and security, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Plan, configure, validate, and complete end-to-end implementations while managing progress, risks, and next steps.
- Integrate application security solutions into SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
- Advise customers on vulnerability management, secure development, testing workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption from initial deployment to active usage and help customers realize value from solutions.
- Collaborate with account teams and internal stakeholders to identify additional customer value opportunities.
Requirements
- Understanding of application security, software vulnerabilities, or secure development practices.
- Hands-on software development experience with Java, C/C++, C#, or a comparable language.
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern platform architectures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing delivery skills.
- Fluent English and Mandarin are mandatory. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Nice to have
- Technical consulting, professional services, customer success engineering, or implementation delivery experience.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CSSLP.
- Experience with SaaS and on-premises deployments, security testing, network protocols, vulnerability management, or software supply chain security.
- Cantonese language capability and experience guiding customers through technical change.
