Location: Full-time onsite role at the Melbourne office, Australia

What you will do
- Monitor live sports, esports, gaming events, and global trends to identify real-time content opportunities.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and coordinate content across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Monitor brand mentions and engage with followers across sports and gaming communities.
- Track memes, viral formats, platform features, competitors, sports brands, leagues, esports organisations, and publishers.
- Report on reach, engagement, follower growth, and the performance of reactive versus planned content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Deep familiarity with sports, esports, gaming culture, leagues, players, communities, and major sporting calendars.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic social media management and listening tools.
- Strong awareness of meme culture, viral formats, and platform-specific content styles.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to monitor and react to live sports and esports events outside standard hours when required.
