TL;DR
OSS Senior Systems Analyst (Java/Python/DevSecOps): Building and supporting enterprise fault management, automation, and operations support systems for telecommunications networks with an accent on requirements analysis, secure software delivery, and system integration. Focus on developing APIs and automation solutions, integrating network data sources, maintaining Oracle WebLogic and Linux environments, and troubleshooting production platforms.
Location: Onsite in Montreal, Quebec, Canada

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements.
- Design, configure, implement, and support enterprise fault management, automation, and operations support systems.
- Integrate network elements, applications, and data sources into automation and alarm management platforms.
- Develop and maintain Java and Python applications, APIs, integrations, SQL queries, reports, and automation solutions.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and support Oracle WebLogic middleware and Linux-based environments.
- Lead testing, deployment, production implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvement using DevSecOps practices.
Requirements
- Fluent English and French.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of software development experience with strong Java and Python skills.
- Experience leading initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and production deployment.
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, secure software delivery, and Linux.
- Experience with SQL, databases, APIs, enterprise integrations, business analysis, and technical requirements documentation.

- Knowledge of telecommunications networks and OSS ecosystems.
