TL;DR
Software Engineer (TypeScript): Building and scaling a privacy-first digital identity verification platform with an accent on API architecture, identity-provider integrations, asynchronous processing, and production reliability. Focus on developing adapters and normalization layers, building developer and end-to-end testing infrastructure, and independently diagnosing and resolving system failures across the full stack.

What you will do
- Build and scale the core identity verification platform, including API architecture, verification lifecycles, asynchronous processing, event delivery, and production reliability.
- Integrate and operate external identity providers through adapters, normalization layers, health monitoring, and provider onboarding tooling.
- Develop infrastructure, developer tooling, end-to-end test systems, reference environments, and go-live capabilities.
- Own quality end to end through testing, observability, production monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Investigate failures, identify root causes, and resolve issues across backend, infrastructure, tooling, and frontend systems as needed.
- Collaborate directly with Product, partners, and customers to solve complex problems.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of software engineering experience with personally owned and operated systems.
- Strong backend fundamentals, including APIs, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and production reliability.
- Professional experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Practical full-stack capability across backend, infrastructure, tooling, and frontend development.
- Experience with testing, observability, and operational readiness.
- Based in Seoul and comfortable working in a global, multicultural, English-first environment.
