Support Engineer, Associate

What you will do

• Troubleshoot complex client issues across relevant product areas and provide fast, accurate, personalized email support.
• Identify, reproduce, and document software bugs for Engineering and Product teams.
• Specialize in API and integration features by reviewing documentation, building test applications, and narrowing reproducible steps.
• Create and maintain documentation for new and existing feature launches.
• Analyze client trends and collaborate across hirify.global to improve support processes and reduce client friction.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience and a strong interest in delivering excellent customer support.
• Basic familiarity with at least one programming language for gathering data from web services.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication and the ability to write clear, concise client messages.
• Understanding of web services, JSON, REST API patterns, and Postman.
• Basic SQL skills and the ability to review logs and correlate data for initial troubleshooting.
• U.S. citizens or candidates authorized to work for any U.S. employer, and Canadian citizens or candidates authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
