Senior Software Engineer (C#)

What you will do

• Deliver production-quality software features and services as a hands-on software engineer.
• Write, review, test, and maintain clean, reliable, and scalable code through pull requests, code reviews, and CI workflows.
• Provide contextual internal support on engineering tools, libraries, standards, patterns, local development environments, and Unix/Bash workflows.
• Advise engineering teams on technical trade-offs, internal frameworks, identity and security tools such as Okta and Auth0.
• Automate repetitive development workflows using scripts, templates, and improved internal tooling.
• Contribute to AI coding-tool enablement, infrastructure-as-code, and internal platform initiatives using Terraform in AWS environments.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in data engineering or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and the ability to work across languages when required.
• Strong software design and architecture skills, including evaluating trade-offs and explaining design decisions.
• Strong testing practices integrated into the development workflow.
• Experience diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, communicating clearly, and mentoring or coaching engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal English for effective communication with the team.
