Java Developer (AI)

Location: Poland · Fully Remote; occasional travel to the Nordics, ideally once or twice per year

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance existing Java applications.
• Develop new features and solutions based on business requirements.
• Investigate and fix software bugs and technical issues.
• Work with databases, messaging systems, containers, and infrastructure.
• Use AI development tools to improve development speed and efficiency.
• Collaborate remotely with customers and wider project teams, including occasional work in private customer environments.

Requirements

• Senior or expert-level Java development experience.
• Strong experience with WildFly and ORMs.
• Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies, preferably RabbitMQ.
• Practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database.
• Good understanding of containers, virtual machines, infrastructure, and AI development tools, particularly AWS Kiro.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work remotely from Poland.

Nice to have

• Welding or related domain knowledge.
