TL;DR
CRM Specialist (Customer.io/Email Marketing): Managing and optimizing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and pop-ups with an accent on automated communication flows, user segmentation, and email deliverability. Focus on analyzing campaign metrics, running A/B tests, optimizing trigger-based journeys, and maintaining sender reputation across large user databases.
Location: Remote from Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine

What you will do
- Manage CRM communications across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and pop-ups.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize CRM and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain automated and trigger-based communication flows and segment users by behavior, activity, and lifecycle stage.
- Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Manage email templates with basic HTML/CSS edits and maintain dynamic content consistency.
- Monitor email deliverability, domain reputation, and spam indicators while working with product and analytics teams to improve user experience and key metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io and other ESP/CDP tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Klaviyo.
- Experience with email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and pop-ups.
- Understanding of trigger-based communications, CRM metrics, deliverability, anti-spam policies, and domain/IP warm-up strategies.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and experience working with HTML email templates.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and maintain attention to detail.

- Experience in betting, gambling, or other high-load digital projects.
