DevOps Engineer (Azure)

What you will do

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms for a scalable Core HR platform.
• Drive automation and reduce manual operational work.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
• Support production environments and resolve incidents.
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Technical Leads.

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ownership mentality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Automation and scripting experience.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Platform Engineering, or SRE practices.
