Growth & Partnerships Manager - Staking Products

Location: Asia; full-time onsite or remote

Binance operates CEX, DeFi, staking, liquid staking token, and on-chain yield products.

What you will do

• Drive growth across Staking, LST, and On-chain Yields by increasing TVL, revenue, and active users.
• Own core metrics and apply data-driven iteration across user tiers and ecosystem partnerships.
• Monitor user feedback and protocol performance, evaluate optimization opportunities, and recommend product iterations.
• Design campaigns with the Earn team and internal partners to convert resources into on-platform user growth.
• Build partnerships with DeFi, L1/L2, LST, RWA, and institutional clients, including integrations and incentive campaigns.
• Coordinate Product, Marketing, and Risk to deliver staking initiatives and provide market and competitive insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX, DeFi, or yield products.
• Strong understanding of DeFi and CEX products, yield sources, associated risks, AUM, and retention.
• Product Owner mindset with the ability to evaluate product value, positioning, and roadmap direction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product teams and cross-functional partners.
• Experience taking partnerships from opportunity identification through proposal design, negotiation, and live integration.
