Global Events Coordinator

Location: Aldgate, London; hybrid with 3 days in the office

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build and own the global events playbook, standards, measurement framework, and operational rhythm.
• Develop a consistent and scalable approach to singles events and larger community experiences across markets.
• Work with Regional Leads and local Event Marketing Specialists to support event execution.
• Create practical tools and improve event processes for local teams.
• Analyse attendee feedback and use insights to improve future events.
• Coordinate operational details to ensure events with large audiences run smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience building event strategies and operational playbooks.
• Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, standards, and measurement processes.
• Confidence analysing attendee feedback and event performance.
• Ability to coordinate events involving hundreds of attendees.
• Comfort working with regional and local stakeholders across multiple markets.
