New Product Launch Manager (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at the plant in Satu Mare, Romania

What you will do

• Create and maintain project and concept plans covering equipment, deadlines, and costs.
• Monitor project budgets, allocate costs across functions, and implement corrective measures when deviations occur.
• Track production-related project KPIs and ensure agreed goals are achieved.
• Optimize and develop production processes, systems, and methods.
• Support offer creation based on production costs, define cost alternatives, and coordinate with project managers.
• Coordinate part production from receipt of offer through three months after SOP and manage logistics, quality, manufacturing-line, process, and factory planning.

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering or comparable training.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, flexibility, personal initiative, object-oriented thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in automotive and project management is an advantage.
