TL;DR
Tower Documentation Engineer (m/f/d) (Steel Tower Engineering): Creating manuals, instructions, and internal assembly processes for steel towers while supporting new tower and component development with an accent on mechanical and electrical assembly documentation. Focus on solving assembly-process incidents, managing changes, and representing Engineering in the Steel Tower Assessment committee.

What you will do

  • Create steel tower manuals and work instructions.
  • Define internal steel tower assembly processes based on existing processes and product designs.
  • Support new tower and component development projects and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Resolve assembly-process incidents raised by SQA, tower suppliers, and other departments.
  • Handle change management activities and represent Engineering on the Steel Tower Assessment committee.

Requirements

  • Experience creating and using work instructions.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical assemblies.
  • Experience using 3D model layout visualization tools.
  • Advanced English at C1 level or above.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have

  • Experience in quality control.
  • Spanish and/or German language skills.
