Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own adoption, expansion, competitive win rate, and revenue outcomes for Secret Detection and Vulnerability Research.
• Set the strategy for the full secret lifecycle across hirify.global.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed.
• Define how detection rules, advisories, intelligence feeds, and research content are sourced, validated, versioned, and measured.
• Improve detection quality by managing precision, recall, false positives, and customer-facing quality metrics.
• Build product cases for AI-assisted triage, rule generation, remediation guidance, and reduced review effort.
• Partner with engineering, security research, threat intelligence, Field, design, and hirify.global Security teams in an asynchronous environment.

Requirements

• Domain depth in application security, vulnerability management, security research, scanners, detection content, threat intelligence, or SDLC security tooling.
• Technical credibility in detection logic, data pipelines, CI integration, and coverage-versus-noise trade-offs.
• Commercial reasoning covering revenue mechanics, buyer motion, packaging, pricing, and competitive displacement.
• Evidence of using AI for research, analysis, data extraction, prototyping, or drafting as a force multiplier.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity, structured decision-making, and precise written communication for asynchronous collaboration.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience as a developer, security engineer, red teamer, or researcher.
• Experience with credential and token ecosystems.
• Experience commercializing a data or intelligence asset.
