Webmaster & Digital Marketing

Location: Remote; 100% remote work with occasional travel to onsite conferences based on the position

Salary: $1,500–$1,800 USD per month

What you will do

• Administer company websites and CMS platforms, including event pages, landing pages, forms, navigation, redirects, media, domains, hosting, DNS, SSL, backups, plugins, security updates, and permissions.
• Monitor website uptime, speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, crawlability, indexing, broken links, and technical performance.
• Execute technical and on-page SEO, manage Google Search Console, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, metadata, structured data, and internal linking.
• Manage social media calendars and support organic and paid campaigns across websites, social media, email, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
• Configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTMs, pixels, dashboards, and reports for traffic, engagement, registrations, leads, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate marketing technology and website projects, troubleshoot integrations, document workflows, and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in website administration, digital marketing, SEO, analytics, or marketing technology.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress or a comparable CMS, website content, landing pages, forms, navigation, redirects, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript knowledge is preferred.
• Strong technical and on-page SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexing, sitemaps, URL inspection, robots.txt, canonicalization, redirects, and search-coverage troubleshooting.
• Experience with GA4 event tracking and conversions, Google Tag Manager implementation and validation, Google Search Console, dashboards, reporting, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
• Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication are required. Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and independent-working skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Digital Media, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, backups, security, staging environments, paid social or paid search campaigns, and event marketing.
• Familiarity with accessibility, privacy, cookie consent, digital security, and basic graphic-editing tools.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant website, SEO, analytics, social media, or digital campaign experience.
