QHSE Audit Support Professional (LATAM)

Location: Dallas, Houston, or Lehi offices; US - Remote. Employees residing within commuting distance of an office must work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home; candidates outside office areas may work remotely.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD per year, with potential bonus.

What you will do

• Guide customers and contractor or supplier members through QHSE prequalification and audit requirements.
• Provide clarification on gap assessments covering HSE management systems, programs, and protocols.
• Apply risk and hazard assessment methodologies across industries including oil and gas, construction, mining, aviation, transportation, and manufacturing.
• Coach contractors and suppliers on developing policies and procedures based on regulatory requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, document interactions, and coordinate with internal departments.
• Perform customer safety exposure and hazard verifications and follow up on actions taken.

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• 8+ years of industry QHSE experience is required.
• Proficient understanding of EPA, MSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, ISO, and similar regulatory or standards agencies.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn online software systems and working knowledge of PC systems, preferably Windows.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; regular and predictable attendance is required.

Nice to have

• Safety audit experience in LATAM.
• Understanding of sales, customer service, and business development.
