TL;DR
IT Infrastructure Lead (On-Premise, Cloud, and Network Infrastructure): Overseeing the design, operation, and governance of physical data centre, on-premise network, and cloud infrastructure with an accent on high availability, security, compliance, and disaster recovery. Focus on leading infrastructure operations, defining RTO/RPO objectives, governing DNS and certificate security, managing infrastructure budgets, and driving IaC and DevOps adoption.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and operate the physical data centre and on-premise network, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead and develop a small infrastructure team, including workload planning, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Govern corporate domains, DNS, certificates, and security standards including DNSSEC and DMARC.
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity design, testing, documentation, and reporting on RTO/RPO readiness.
- Manage infrastructure budgets, hardware procurement, cloud spend, vendor contracts, and SaaS infrastructure risks.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and compliance frameworks while driving automation, cloud-native technologies, IaC, and DevOps adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure or IT operations, including experience leading a small team.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure operations, networking, server administration, cloud platforms, IT strategy, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Familiarity with ITIL and SFIA frameworks, change management, and infrastructure risk management.
- Experience managing infrastructure budgets, cloud computing spend, hardware procurement, and vendor contracts.
- Effective communication and operational planning skills for working with teams, stakeholders, end-users, and vendors.
Nice to have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
