Social Media Graphic Designer (Maternity Leave Cover) (Social Media/AI): Creating graphic content, short videos, newsletters, landing pages, and web content for client social media channels and advertising campaigns with an accent on visual design, current social media formats, and AI-assisted creative production. Focus on developing concepts independently, producing assets across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and integrating Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut Pro, and generative AI tools into the workflow.
Location: Hybrid work in Savigliano (CN), Italy; candidates should be within a 50 km radius.

What you will do
- Design and produce graphic content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and advertising campaigns.
- Create posts, carousels, stories, and other social media formats aligned with current styles and trends.
- Research and propose creative concepts for clients’ editorial plans.
- Create and edit reels and short videos using CapCut Pro.
- Use generative AI tools to support the creation of images, videos, and other content.
- Create newsletters, direct email marketing campaigns, HTML landing pages, and CMS-based web content.
Requirements
- Previous experience in graphic design, social media, or digital content.
- Strong creativity, aesthetic awareness, and the ability to manage projects independently from concept to final delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok and their platform dynamics.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Magnific, Adobe Firefly, Flow, or Google AI Studio.
- Basic HTML/CMS knowledge and good working knowledge of English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience managing editorial calendars and recurring content series.
- Additional AI tools for image, video, and creative content production.
- Experience creating vertical video content and knowledge of social media advertising campaigns.
