TL;DR
Product Manager (Fintech): Developing product and service strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and growth initiatives for financial institutions with an accent on customer needs, market standards, regulatory requirements, and product lifecycle management. Focus on testing product hypotheses, allocating R&D investment, evaluating partnerships and M&A opportunities, and coordinating feature launches across marketing, sales, and leadership.
Location: Makati City, Philippines; hybrid and flexible working is available.

What you will do
- Develop product and service strategies aligned with company strategy, customer needs, market standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Shape product roadmaps and oversee product evolution from ideation and design through development, launch, and post-release analysis.
- Prepare business cases for product investments, including value propositions, expected outcomes, and resource requirements.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives, coordinate R&D budget allocation, and monitor innovation initiatives.
- Assess M&A and partnership opportunities and develop joint value propositions.
- Coordinate new feature launches with product marketing and sales operations, and communicate plans, KPIs, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Product management experience in financial services and interest in banking technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to make strategic product decisions using data insights and communicate them to executive leadership.
- Strong hypothesis testing, structured problem-solving, business judgment, and independent execution skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, including storytelling and explaining complex topics clearly across organizational levels.
- Curiosity about using AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and decision-making.
